New Guy Check in and a question (1 Viewer)

Howdy all! New guy who found this forum while trying to research some old clay (I think) poker chips. I love communities like these! I once found a Wheel Horse forum while working on an old tractor I had and the knowledge base of the community was astounding. So I’ll bet this group is similar… only with poker chips!

Anywho… I have these old chips and I think they are clay. Are they anything special? Am I even right?

Welcome! Those are most likely not clay unfortunately. Looks like plastic to me

Welcome to PCF. I agree those look like plastic chips and likely not worth much, if anything, especially to the collectors on here

That’s too bad. I snapped one in half (very brittle and broke easily) and thought that it didn’t feel or act much like plastic. Felt more mineral than plastic. But that’s why I asked y’all… cause I really didn’t know!
