Saw an ad on Kijiji for a television with this shuffle. Anyone know what it is, and if it's any good?

Well effectively its your only option, so yes its good. I can break down the shufflers for you.

850 USD - Shuffle Tech, I've seen a guy run 3 games a week with two of these, he runs it till it dies, puts in a second one and then sends the first in for repair.

10,000 USD - Deck Mate 2 strong will run for years, when it breaks you can typically fix it, can't get them new, best price on a refurbished older model I've seen is like 4k.
