You don't
need a name for your set. It doesn't
have to refer to a location, real or imagined. It doesn't
require text, and if it has text, it's not
required to be any sort of name.
@detroitdad has a set called Sunsets but that's really a description of the chips rather than a name:

The Rounders KGB sets don't really have names:

... and neither does the Cali Rounders set from

Fantasy sets like the Inplays, Proteges, and Noirs have names, but the names don't refer to anything on the chips:

The Aurora Star chips were designed as if they were from a casino onboard a cruise ship; Aurora Star is the name of that fictional cruise ship. Empress Star and Pacific Star are likewise fictional cruise ships, all named as if they were from a single cruise line.
Big Top Poker started with an idea to pay homage to chips from the 1960s Vegas casino "Carousel" but took on a life of its own; the name and the concept go hand in hand, but note that "Big Top Poker" doesn't refer to a casino or club or cardroom or any other sort of location.
Sunset Beach is inspired, visually, by the classic Dunes inlays, but the theme and graphics don't refer to a casino or club, and neither does the name.
My own custom set (
a work in progress) started off being inspired by an artwork style ("art deco illustration") with nothing else behind it. As I worked on it, it transformed into a theme based around space exploration, with a bit of a science-fiction feel to it, and the name came from that - but only
after the entire set had come together first.
Inspiration takes many forms.
If you're looking for inspiration, I recommend you look at
as many sets as possible - other people's custom sets primarily, but also home game fantasy sets, and even casino sets (present and past!). Where to find them? Browse the
classifieds. Browse the
galleries. Browse the
showcase threads. Browse the
Hall of Fame. Let the huge variety soak into your brain and then just let it sit there and percolate for a while... a
long while. Inspiration will come when you stop searching for it.
Good luck, and enjoy the journey!
