The vague response may seem unfriendly, but smart. The may only "suspect" the Cubans of cheating, in which case to put it in writing would open the door for a libel suit. Simply banning them is the casino's prerogative, and the Cubans have no recourse.
Good point.

In that light, maybe the manager would be more willing to let a detail or two slip if it were to happen verbally in person.

The casino may be concerned about their own potential liability in not protecting players like you, who experienced tangible losses at their game. Perhaps you are litigious at heart, and collecting information to attempt to recoup losses in court. There is no upside to them in sharing details.

Just a headsup that I'm not playing this weekend, got a number of household projects to work on, new PC build and hopefully get to my USAnumberWON video as well, didn't want to burn the candle at both ends.

But will be back on the felt next week :)
Good luck with the new computer.

If the PC build causes you any trouble PM me - I can talk you through it easy enough.

@Anthony Martino have you watched Andrew Neeme trying to play PLO at Aria on his channel yet? It is cringe worthy.

This one?

I don't think he played horrible. He wasn't amazing but I don't think his hand selections were cringe

Those Cubans getting it in preflop with J963 double s00ted against AAxx and KKxx and flopping JJx made me cringe lol

Just watched it before bed, tired so maybe I'm missing something, but the only hand that stood out was when he raised this preflop after limpers

Aside from that his other hands seemed ok. Which ones did you have an issue with?

I've posted about the Cubans on multiple facebook poker groups and also signed up to PokerFraudAlert and made a post in the forums there with pics and info as well.

I'll be back playing poker again this week on Wednesday, either the multiday 25K grtd tourney at Silks or a PLO game there if it runs. Then Thurs-Sat at Hard Rock in the PLO cash games.

4:36 :ac::ad::8s::8h: is this a 3 bet hand? Maybe I am too tight, but we are pretty much just playing AA here. Of course, he ends up flopping top set.

He has another AAQx hand that seems like he tremendously over-valued, half his stack in pre and caught the magical A high flop again. I also thought he way over-valued KK a time or two.

I have limited experience playing just PLO though, so maybe I am playing too tight.

Headsup any AAxx if you can get it in preflop or create a low SPR postflop that you're never folding is generally fine

But deeper stacked I prefer to call and keep my hand disguised

Hadn't planned to play poker today, but didn't play at all last week and was just itching to shuffle some chips

Headed to Silks for their $150 buyin, 10k guarantee and managed to take 3rd for $1,548

On the money bubble ONE player (who is one of those miserable regs who criticizes other peoples play out loud) refused to pay the bubble

When I had A2 in the SB facing a shorties button shove and binked a 2 on the flop to bust his AK and bubble him, I reached into my wallet and handed him a hundo as a small consolation

Final table was grueling, but survived long enough to see a guy commit ICM suicide with 6's preflop when myself and another player were short (the miserable reg) and then the other shortie busted and then me, leaving my buddy Karl and a new friend Antaun headsup for the $3500 top prize

We started with 30k, I got it up to 90k, then turned top two pair Kings and Jacks, and doubled up a shorter stack who had flopped a set of 8's

That dropped me to 20k but I rebuilt to 110k when we got to two tables

My biggest stack was around 400k, but generally at the final table I hovered in the 300k range

Anyway, felt great to finish top 3 and know I still got it playing tourneys
