On post #165 I had tried one and for some reason was super easy... Well on post #189 I have discovered like many before me that not all chips are equal... The next three were hell!!!.
So I ordered a little more equipment and I am going to try again. also starting to look into milling...

I thought @detroitdad had some solid set at one time he was pimping, but I don't remember for sure if it was him.....
Just murdered a rack of Aztar Missouri $25s to relabel as Pyramid $20s. Also threw in a barrel of Show Em chips in solid metallic gold, which I felt was the right color given the Pyramid theme. Labels were made by Gear, but I did the murdering.
Tested milling this weekend... Serial Murder...
I think that green one needs some glue!

Kind of afraid to do the math, but 280 chips = 560 sides X 1 minute per side = 560 minutes or 9 hours and 20 minutes! I suppose, not bad if you figure it was across three weeks.
95% of labels came off relatively quickly, 5% were tough work - piecemeal.
-Turning Lucky 21 $5’s into fracs (25¢)
-Turning Lucky 21 $25's into $5's
-Turning Grand Casino $1's into $20's
Tools of the trade: awl, precision tweezers, syringe, nail polish remover
Ready for labels. Work sample pictures attached. Full cash set build info --> Mixed Paulson Set
