Here are some updated pics. Still need to decorate more but it’s coming along.

Updated poker room….. fully renovated. OCD certified. Working on a new custom table.

We were able to get enough out of our current house to get into an off market deal that took quite a while, but finally got us the keys this weekend. The Beach/Sky Valley got the big upgrade this weekend. Sold our house in July 2021. Been in escrow on the new place for over 6 months.

Dream accomplished of having the man cave/media room. Still have to set up and maintenance the slot machine (left), and we're going to have to update the fireplace & mantle at some point. Chanman table is budgeted for when orders open back up. Super Bowl sales will bring in the 85" tv that will go to the right, off screen.

We feel very fortunate to have this place in SoCal of all areas!

@Mongoose @chipinla game is gonna be on soon! Maybe around a month before we're ready.

Looks incredible! However, I moved back to Kansas City in December. Working from home made it time for me to be near family again. Plus, GO CHIEFS since you mentioned the Super Bowl ha!

- Walls are skimmed, get painted light color next week
- Got some donkey artwork from Mexico coming in that’s lollol
- Hanging up this chip cabinet once the walls are painted
- Waiting on 24 dark blue banquet chairs
- Need 2 more torch lamps and to hook up TV
- Full 9 person oval on other side of room

Gonna be a nice room when we get it finished in late Feb.
