All these I've ever seen or been around are not the best way to shuffle cards. you manually split them into two piles, load the sides, and then it just throws random number of cards from each side into the center tray. Cards tend to clump in groups of 5-6 instead of getting shuffled good.

I agree. I had a nephew with a broken hand that got one of these for casual family card games we play that require a deck per person. No value in one for poker though.
 
Any reviews on the STUD playing cards?

I guess that's for all those people that bought...

...but are now looking to branch out into different games.

That said, if there was a SOHE deck out there, I would consider it... It would need 6 suits though so you could deal in 10 players.
