Many of you may recall the raffle I organized last year as a fundraising effort for cancer research. I raffled off a 600-chip set of CPC Rounders replicas on the circle square mold and raised right around $3,700!!

Well, I'm at it again - but this time, MOAR CHIPES! I'm really hoping we can blow last year's total out of the water!

DETAILS:
  • Tickets are $25 each
  • You may buy as many tickets as you would like (see the end of post #2 for bonus item eligibility)
  • Please reply to this thread with the number of tickets you would like
  • Deadline to enter is 11:59PM Central time on Friday March 10, 2017
  • I will start collecting payments and assigning numbers shortly thereafter
All proceeds will go directly to the Head and Neck Cancer Research Fund at UW Carbone Cancer Center

I will raffle off one item/lot per day beginning on a date to be determined in the future. I will notify everyone (via posting in this thread) at least two days prior to the first drawing date so there is no suspected funny business.

Each ticket will be randomly assigned to a range of numbers based on the number of tickets sold.

Winning numbers will be selected using the Wisconsin Daily Pick 4 Lottery.

The bonus flip-a-ment will begin after all other items have been raffled off.

There are no restrictions on who may enter, provided you are able to read and understand English and follow very specific instructions for sending payment using PayPal.

See post #3 for list of participants and numbers of tickets (to be edited at a later date with number assignments).

Lots of folks are asking about payment.

I was going to hold off on asking for payments since several have already changed their number of entries (woot woot!!!) or indicated that they may buy more prior to the deadline (also woot woot!!!) and I don't want 4 PayPal transactions for the same person.

If you know you are not going to want any more tickets that what you have already committed to and want to pay now that is totally fine. I'll be taking payment via PayPal, cashier's check, or USPS money order. Please PM me for the applicable address (mailing or PayPal) if you want to pay now.

If this is posted somewhere I apologize. If you win a raffle is that specific ticket dead for the future drawings?

I am going to set a cut-off date of FRIDAY FEBRUARY 24TH at 11:59pm CENTRAL for any additional prize donations. This has blown up way more than I ever could have imagined (in a good way, obviously!!!) and it's becoming a bit challenging to manage. I hope this doesn't come off as ungrateful or disrespectful to anyone - that's certainly not my intent.

We're currently at $3800 and counting - and still have 3 weeks to go! :)

As I mentioned in a previous post: If you want to pay sooner for one reason or another that's totally fine - you haven't missed any PayPal/other payment info because I haven't posted it publicly (and do not plan on doing so). I'll happily send PM's after the deadline has passed to those that haven't paid.
