A limit set typically contains only two denominations as you'll see in this thread. A base denomination and a value denomination that is typically 20 or 25 times the base chip.

It's also recommended to have a 2 chip / 4 chip structure at a minimum, meaning you want to bet 2 base chips on first 2 rounds and 4 base chips on second 2 rounds.

So for games like $2/$4 or $3/$6 (or maybe up to $4/$8), your base chip would be the $1 and your value chip would be the $20 or $25.

Or 3 denoms if you play mixed games with antes.

I was too lazy to pull the table out, but still wanted to snap a quick photo of these.

All Paulson Kenmore Lanes $1s (except one mysteriously fuzzy ASM one)

I just had the rack of Horseshoe Cleveland $25s laying around, but it accidentally fits pretty well with these.

Nobody on this site has a pink chip set for $5.00/10.00 or $7.50/15.00 (aka the typical casino "Pink Chip Game")?
Wouldn't Moose's snapper set work for that (pink and divides into 5)?

Is this literally your 3rd new limit set this month? Nice!

I was thinking the same thing. The funniest part of it all is he sold the best limit set of them all that he had, the Soapy's Parlor $1's to me because his group doesn't like limit games!! So have you gotten them to change their mind @AK Chip?

Yes and no. I bought the Rockingham chips just because of the price. a 4-8 game is to high of a buy in for most of the group I play with so I moved them to buy other chips.
After playing Horse on-line I got the fever to play that with my group of players and there was much more interest in that then just playing limit hold-em. So the riverside chips were purchased also at a great price!! The parkers were purchased for two reasons, 1 for a project to work on ( relabel ) 2 to have a lower limit set for part of my group that can only afford to or choose to only risk 50 a night. I suppose I could have just used the riverside as quarters and saved my money but we could also just use match sticks for chips if saving money was my motivator.

I would have sworn you got rid of these. Did you reacquire them or am I imagining all of this?

The limit set I had was a mix of ones, fives, and 25's of the chipco's. It was also more expensive. I couldn't justify having a $300+ limit set sitting on the shelf and getting used once a year. Scott, @Psypher1000 was selling off the last of his chipco's at .10 per chip shipped. Fuck it, I bought them.
