I’ve actually used those visitor’s locker room benches (Lot 34). The one time I played there as part of a charity tournament (two games), a guy on my team made all of the arrangements and so of course, we got the NHL visitors locker room (as opposed to any of the other random locker rooms behind the benches).

Lot 41 (NHL Personnel Only sign) would be fun.

I thought it was a little crass that they are selling the banner from when Gordie was laid out at the Joe (Lot 383), but maybe it was just a concourse sign after he passed away.

Some very cool man cave items there. Was Harold Snepsts on anything? If so I want it!

I have a huge Red Wing collection of stuff. Part of the reason why I started my MGM Detroit set. There are a couple items I am definitely going to bid on but am mostly waiting for the seats to go on sale - they're announcing that in the next following weeks. Going to put a bar in and have the seats customized to go around the bar. (Would love seats 5,9,13,19 from any section)
I actually just played in the DRW Charity Poker tournament on the 27th, finished around 30th place - terrible structure, was just a shove fest after an hour. But I did have Anthony Mantha at my table, got a bunch of autographs and stuff. (Got Andreas Athanasiou to sign 2 Aces for me - AA - and Mantha signed my jersey and the 3/9 of hearts, his number)

One of my best friends since I was a wee lad is an uncle to David Booth, who is a new Red Wing but an NHL vet. I was at the game Tuesday night sitting with David's mom, dad and uncle when he skated down the ice towards us, and scored a goal. Pretty cool sports moment in my life!

Booth is a super nice guy, we met him at the tourney. Sick flow too haha.

I played a few years back and sat right next to Drew Miller (fellow Sparty!).

I also learned a valuable lesson at that tournament. I had QQ and called down this lady, she tabled 59. The dealer looked at her cards, announced straight, and pushed up the 4,6,8. I was at the corner and didn't have a real good look at the board. I mucked, dealer looked at her hand again and pushed up the 5 and two other board overcards for a pair of fives. The hit crippled me, but I played it shitty, so I deserved it. I made it all back plus some over the next 19 hours of cash.

That’s me 2 to the left of Mantha. After I bust I went to go check out the cash games but every single table was full and there was a 30+ person wait list. That damn Bad Beat jackpot made it impossible to get a seat. I always loved Miller! The ol silverback!

(I was on the Red Wings official snapchat, my sister screen shot it and sent me it, that's where that pic came from)

Sorry that happened to you, but it makes me feel better that I’m not the only person who have made that mistake.
