Which chips do you want to see with black labels? I can put a sample one on and send you pictures if I have the ones you’re looking for. The pics will be over labels.

Great, thank you! Yes it would be good to see $1 Secondary 1A, $5 secondary, $25 secondary, $100 secondary and $500 primary

I'll keep asking every once in a while here if anyone has created frac labels that they can share. .5, .10, or .25. Thanks :)

I finished cleaning the chips so I thought I would give my newb opinion...
Used 5s are OK. Lots of chips are wraped unfortunately. I m neither disapointed nor satisfied considering the price. Neutral.
Used 25s are in very condition. For the price, amazing deal! Very satisfied.
Used 100s are a total steal, they are amazing. I m actually disapointed... that I did not buy more!
I also bougth 1chip of each (kind of a sample set). The biggest surprised is the primary 500. Omg it looks good. I prefered the secondary in the pictures but in person the primary is just wow. I got the new one but imagine the used ones were a total steal! I m refretting I did not buy any. Other than that the secondary 5 is not as nice as in the pictures but still cool. The secondary 25 is much nicer in person than in pictures. Also a good surprise. The secondary 100 is bah. Of course this is my personal opinion.

I haven’t been following along closely, so I don’t know if warping has been an issue with the primary $5’s. But my initial reaction is to question that. While warping can be an issue with hot stamps (because of the process) it isn’t commonly and issue with inlaid paulsons, unless they’ve been exposed to heat.
Do you have some pictures to illustrate this warping?

Thank you for 'challenging me' since I can be wrong. It might actually be uneven wear... what I can say for sure is that they are not perfectly flat. I could probably attached a picture later tonight...

I will assume I was wrong then. Are yours flat however? can you upload a pic? Thx!
At work so I can’t show a pic right now. Probably more useful for you to show a pic of your chips though right since yours seem to have an issue?

The secondary 100 is bah. Of course this is my personal opinion.

The $100 sec looks much better stacked imo, atypical, perfect for uncommon denom like 50c or $2 relabel imo.

I only bought the used $25s. If I hold a barrel up to a bright light and look at the edge, very small slivers of light come through on some. They stack just fine. If I set the barrel down on the table and touch the top chip, the barrel has a very slight wiggle.
However, the other casino-used chips I own also exhibit the same properties.

I agree. I describe this as usage, not warping.

Hopefully, this is not what a lost package looks like......

I've had this happen with packages before and all have gotten to me. Sometimes when this happens it will end up in a random ass location. For example I've had stuff get shipped from CA to PA and it some how ends up in North Carolina before it gets to me.

This is what a lost package looks like, and they have been fighting me on my claim ever since. Moral of the story, UPS sucks.

Also just an FYI, if you are brave enough to use UPS, make sure they pick up the package from your house, they are claiming that since I dropped off the package at a UPS store (privately owned) that their policy it to pay a maximum of $1,000. Which is less than half of what the chips sold for. The package went missing in the Portland facility, not the location I dropped it off so I don't get how that even matters.

Maybe not a total surprise that a package went missing in Portland.
Sorry to see that you were not able to recover your package or funds.

I just filed a Missing Mail Search. Hopefully they are just delayed. The lack of any actual update since the 24th doesn't look good.
I threw in a quick order for another box of Secondary $5's on 9/28 and already have them.

Did we ever establish if @Gear has the artwork handy to provide labels for these? I'll need 200 frac labels (100 chips x 2... + some spares), exactly as they appear on the chips from the sale (as long as that's legal, I'm clueless as far as that type of stuff), once I find a suitable RHC frac chip to go with my set. Or do I need to provide anything on my end?

Forgive my ignorance - rookie at re-labeling.
I pm’d him regarding that and asked if he would create fracs that look exactly like the inlays on the chips. He has yet to reply so I’m in limbo waiting to place my order until I know if I can get the Frac relabels the way I want them. Hopefully we get a response soon :)

I started a thread about 25c labels from @Gear :) just waiting :)

I think he is dodging that topic. At least publicly.
try pm.
I PMed him a few days ago about this and haven’t heard back yet.
Thanks mate. I did PM, just waiting, and wondered if anyone else was getting any so we can expedite the matter :)

Okay, so I don't play in casinos. I'm shocked at how dirty the used $1 are! I don't care as a buyer of them because they clean up easily, but is this what chips look like in a casino? Can't be, right? That would be gross playing with them.

Thats exactly what they look like in casinos lol

I’ve seen worse, too! I bought a bunch of used ‘98 Bellagio $1s and the blobs of dirt and chip dust were MASSIVE. The chips stuck together in large groups if pressed. Truly disgusting.
