I likey.... two minor notes. On the chips I have the dash between Cleveland and OH is actually a dot, vertically centered. And there's no registered trademark symbol anywhere.
As to the rolling edge, maybe the word DEALER alternated with a horseshoe? Similar to what I did with my J Crew ones except replace the suit symbols with horseshoes.

Putting the registered trademark symbol on there is just asking for trouble.
Using the registered trademark art without permission is bad enough; adding the "R" is baldly admitting premeditated theft.

plus you get away from exact artwork sort of maybe
edit: i never thought the dash and the OH looked good on the original chips but i am guessing it may be a gaming requirement..... OH thats why i think its looks goofy....

I'd say keep it. If permission is obtained from the trademark holders then let's make it as authentic as possible. If permission is not obtained then you're going to have to do a whole hell of a lot more than dropping "•OH" to get away from infringement. At that point I suspect a number of us would no longer be interested.
For the record, Rock Gaming rebranded its casinos from Horseshoe (Cleveland|Cincinnati) because it ended its partnership with Caesars Entertainment, and thus lost the right to utilize the branding. That partnership existed through Rock Gaming Caesars, LLC. The physical casinos are now owned by Rock Ohio or Rock Gaming and have no affiliation with Caesars. Caesars is the place to go ask permission.
I would love to know the details of Jim's purchase agreement because I could actually see Caesars being cranky that Rock Gaming got to sell all the branded chips rather than destroy them. Maybe they got a cut? Who knows ... but we do know it took 10 months of lawyer wrangling...

Could you make a button design similar to the Outpost Casino DB #A4 design? Where the rim and outer edges of the face would be all one color (gold preferably) and the faces where the casino and dealer is located would stay black and white. Also adding a trim on the "inlay" scallops. White trim on the black face and black trim on the white face. If not too much to ask I would love to see that as an option to buy. Love that #A4 design. Just a note for everyone:
I can do all sorts of versions. The problem is that I only have so much time in the day and I can't do this to all the other versions I have created. So I'll do one for now. If there's a lot of interest I'll do others but doing too many options can make the thread and the group buy get unwieldy.
