Why not just start? That's what I did. Sometimes it would be forgotten on a rotation, but when the deal got to me, I'd look for it, and chastise (lightly) the person who had kept it an everyone in between. Then we we started having people act as dealers, usually me, it became more natural to use one.
Plus, since when does this community need justification for collecting something???
