Why not use an actual horseshoe for the dealer button? It's unusual and will get comments at the table for sure.

Or, change the angle of the Horseshoe so it points the other way. No more infringement.

If compromises must be made, I think it looks pretty good! Not a huge fan of "The Shoe" on the face as a non-local as it just makes me think of blackjack, but it would probably be cool on the rolling edge

The inlay shape and colors can be changed. If there are any concerns please let me know. We can also replace the artist's representation of the horseshoe with a different horseshoe.

This looks good, I'd be in for one. Only thought would be to color match the "Dealer" text so it's the same as the horseshoe graphic. Or maybe a different color that contrasts? Right now they're close in color, but different enough that it stands out to me.

I don't love the shaped inlay look personally. But I'd definitely be in for an all black button with the gold horseshoe and DEALER text. This would look like it belonged with the set more in my opinion.
