Here is an idea I had about this project... A horseshoe shapped dealer token...
If nobody can have the rights to use the logo & casino name, it could be a good solution...
Price of this dealer is 15,90€ ($17.75) + 7€ ($7.8) worldwide shipping.
Or a wooden dealer button like the ones I've just done for @72o and the Knollwoods project

Hey guys, I've had some discussion with Sal about the artwork. I think we're going to have to stay away from some of the inlay elements. There are still chips like this one that are in current use:
That said, I think Sal has some great options that will still be a good thematic match for the Cleveland chips.
A second point is that somebody needs to volunteer to track and re-ship orders for this GB to happen. I didn't pick up a playable set, so I'll be sitting this one out.

ie, no horseshoe, no HORSESHOE text using that font, no CLEVELAND.dot.OH. All protected, and all elements are currently used on other casino chips.

Any interest in adding "The Shoe". That is what most people in Cleveland called it and would refer to it as anyways.
