I'm about to purchase a Royal Card Room tourney set and I particularly like the T25, T25k, T100k chips from them. So I would like to get all those chips in play within the same tourney if possible. I know @BGinGA is the man and would respect his or anyone else's opinion on the matter. Is there a way to make this happen with a standard 200bb starting stack and blind structure for a one to two table tourney? Thanks in advance.

I’m not him, but I struggle to see how a 200bb starting stack tourney with a T25 base could include a 25k, let alone 100k chips, unless you’re hosting REALLY big tournaments. Relabeling maybe?

Look under Chip Breakdowns > Tournament Version.

@BGinGA has the perfect 400 chip breakdown with base T25. It doesn't make for full pretty racks as there's some splits but chips are expensive so while its nice to have a full rack of chip X, if you're not going to use them all, then you've just got expensive paperweights.

I bought a CPC Atlantic Club tourney set with that breakdown and it gives us heaps of flexibility for deep stacks or shallower stacks. Highly recommend going for it.

Also, with T25 base you are only going to need T25, T100, T500, T1000 and T5000.

No. Not unless you relabel. An single table tournament with a T25 will never need a 25k or 100k. A 100k chip would be 5-10 starting stack’s and a T25k would be 2.5 - 1.25 buyins. You could probably squeeze 1-2 x 25ks onto a table at the very end, but it would be kinda awkward. for a T100k I think a T1k might be your only option. T400k starting stacks or something crazy.

No. As others have stated, denominations larger than T5000 won't be needed in a 200bb one- or two-table T25-base tournament.

Your best option is to just purchase the T25k and T100k chips for use in tournaments that are T500- or T1000-base, and alternate those events with the T25-base tournaments.

/For a T500-base set, you will need one rack each (of T500, T1000, T5000, and T25000) per 10-player table (allowing 10/10/7/10 = 300k starting stacks), and the T100k chips can be utilized for larger stacks and/or T5000 color-ups./

Or, you can re-label the T25 as T500k and run two-table T5k-base 200bb events using just the three chips you really like (plus T5000s), using 10/10/7/2 = 2M stacks with 5000/10000 starting blinds:
200 x T5000
200 x T25k
150 x T100k (10x for T5000 color-ups)
50x T500k (10x for T25k color-ups)
----------------
600 chips

Also, there is no reason you can't have the T25s in your T25-base set along with relabeled T25s in your T5000-base set -- both chips would never be in play simultaneously.

To cover both sets (with 25-chip min. qty.):
175 x T25
175 x T100
100 x T500
150 x T1000
200 x T5000
200 x T25k
150 x T100k
50 x T500k (relabeled T25 chips)
