Help: What kind of metal shop do I need? (Roulette wheel parts) (2 Viewers)

Nicely done! What does the wording on the turret say? I think that 1887 is a little too early, and the wording on the turret will help to better date it.
It says “Made by HC Evans and Co for Jack Todd Kansas City MO”
I’m not sure the 1887 stamp is authentic. I googled the company and Wikipedia says it was established in 1892, but the wheel appears to be closer to 1920s or 1930s styles (perhaps?).

Man, that is so sick! I don't remember ever seeing an HCE or Jack Todd Co. wheel.

Ok gang! Final updates!
i borrowed my brother in law’s angle grinder to bevel the edges. however, this effort only got me half way with beveling. Using some advice from @louBdub I then bought a hand file to finish things off.

edges with angle grinder (bottom fret) and hand file (top fret).

weighed the parts to make sure it’s not too much different, both the original part and replacement are 13g:
