Hi All. Im a newbie Looking at buying my 1st custom set and Ive hopefully found the right Tina on Ali. I have requested some blank samples.
Can anyone tell me if Tinas company just sends you an email address to send paypal payment to?? I was hoping for some kind of invoice or paypal payment request.
How would I know im dealing with the right company?? And is this compay im talking to legit???
Any info on how I should be going about this would be most appreciated.
Please point me in the right direction if this question has allready been answered.

I agree going broken arrow is the easier path and IMO if you don't have any experience on Alibaba or don't want the hassle, buy from broken arrow. However I will say the "Tina" I have found on Alibaba who I believe and they have confirmed is Tina of legend is Tina LUO with Shenzhen City Chenglin Industrial Co., Ltd. take that with a grain of salt I am still not 100% convinced she's the one. I will say I ordered samples from then and the quality was great but communication was a little lacking and lagging. I wound up designing and buying my set from Carmen Chen with Shengzhou Kaile Recreation Co., Ltd. Equal quality to the "Tinas" I was also able to combine it with another order from a vendor in the region to save on shipping. If you are only buying yourself a set and have no standing relationship with any company on ALIBABA us an Alibaba payment link sent through the chat on the site. DO NOT USE PAYPAL WHEN DEALING ON ALIBABA FOR THE FIRST TIME. If all this logistical talk and long company names is daunting to you at all BUY FROM BROKEN ARROW. Also get samples first it shouldn't cost more than $25 bucks to get a custom set of samples shipped to you from a Chinese factory, if they are ceramics and not hybrids. I was able to get samples for both but some factories will not make free samples of hybrids.

That’s her…and she is married to @SeanGecko.

At least he thinks so.

Thanks PPP for taking the time to post and giving your advice. Looks like I have found the right Tina. She wanted $40 usd to ship samples to England. Im also talking with Carmen Chen. Id like to buy direct as I have all the equipment including edge press to print my own chips here in the UK.
Hopefully samples will arrive soon and I can do some test prints.

Kailegame does nice blanks too!
Not sure if they‘re independent, but worth a look.
I bought flattening chips there.
At least they got smaller injection marks on them than Tinas.

It also depends on the mold. Some Tina chips are worse than others, but it varies between different molds.

Strangely I’ve found chips using the same mold(Hybrid Webmold) with different levels in injection marks. The sunset beach were manageable but the CDI I found to be too prominent and could literally be felt shuffling.

I ended up selling all my TINA’s and this was one of the reasons.
