We’re going to league in one of these weeks. 0 for 2 at this point… Thursdays are made for precipitation.
Went to the Zurich yesterday, but the focus was on making sure my kid enjoyed his first experience at the event. Didn’t take pics of golfers, and only followed Rory for about 5-6 holes. Instead we made sure he got a ton of autographs, watched some golf, and enjoyed the kids activities.
He already loves playing golf, but the fact that he enjoyed being in the atmosphere was awesome to me.
I had to test him this morning to make sure he was being honest when he said he had fun. When I left for work, I told him I was going back to the Zurich, and he was so mad cause he was still in bed. I told him I was just joking and I was going to the office.
He has already said he’s ready to go back next year!

Welp. I was supposed to play a couple rounds down in the Pensacola/Gulf Shores area next week. Sadly I had my appendix taken out last night so that’s not going to be happening.

Wow! That was crazy! I can't believe the guy recording hung in there. It looked at first like he was heading straight for them! And yeah, fantastic job by the pilot to set it down safely. Amazing how quickly it came to a stop once it was down.
