I recently picked up some what I believe to be old bud jones. Intention was to make a small travelling tournament set to bring to an upcoming golf trip. If I end up losing a few, spilling something on them etc it’s not a big issue after paying $25 on marketplace

The weird thing is they appear to be cancelled using a sold foil label. I’m assuming this was applied with heat because it won’t peel off and differs from other cancellation stamps I’ve had in the past.

Is it even possible to remove this thicker foil from plastics?

Acetone takes it off pretty easily but it’s a mess underneath.

Now I wonder what would happen to these if I put them in the drill press using the milling jig….

Try isopropyl. I've done it on Paulsons successfully. Takes a little elbow grease though.
