I had these made for a private game in Tulsa Ok in 2005. There were $.50, $1, $5, $25, $50 & $100s. I forget the quantities but there were lots. It was a couple cases worth. There was a robbery and they went missing. I see them pop up on eBay from time to time.

Just see them resurface. B&B stood for black and blue room. Blues were $50 and blacks were $100.
