Greetings all! A set of six of these came up for sale locally a couple months ago. Original price was $100 apiece so I moved on. The price has been slowly dropping over the past month so now I’m interested and am thinking about checking them out. Wondering what you all thought of them, if they were Gassers, and what price I should pay for them. Ad says they were from Vegas and used in the WSOP. Any info y’all can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would say not true. I've never seen gassers with the double support on the back. Easy to know however, just flip the chair over.

WSOP uses standard banquet chairs. No way they would put the logo on the back, makes them useless for weddings, conferences etc.

Looks to me like the old poker room chairs from the Flamingo. (Not necessarily from the Flamingo, I think they put these chairs in a lot of their poker rooms as part of their WSOP branding).

Padding looks a little thick for Gasser (certainly could be wrong though). Could potentially be a Majestic chair, which are $300+ brand new (flip over to see tag). However, most Majestic chairs have wheels for poker, or else a slot chair. I've also never seen Majestic chairs that are fabric. It's that WSOP branding that has me thrown off.

If Majestic, I'd snatch them up quickly for $50 each if you can get them for that. If Gasser, maybe $25-$30.

Thank you all for the feedback! Yeah… It was the double back support that was making me think they weren’t gassers, but I’m not very knowledgeable in this field. Just have seen a lot of good remarks around here about gassers around here when searching for chairs and they kind of fit the look.

Never saw anything about majestic chairs. Will have to do a little research on those. Yeah…was thinking about offering him $50 a chair, (added edit) but wasn’t sure if that was too much since people on other threads suggest a $20 to $40 price range on decent gassers.

Offer 40/chair for the set (or round to $250)....if he counters then you still have some wiggle.

I wouldn't offer anything until you check them out. If they are old poker room chairs the cushions can be pretty worn out.
A decent upholstery shop can refurb those seats for 20-30 each...for another +10 years of comfort.
If these are class A chairs, they are worth that investment imho.

Not sure how possible it would be to find 3 more (if used on full ring table)

Thanks again…good thoughts. Yeah…Definitely won’t make an offer until I see them. Adding to them is definitely a concern. although with all of Moose’s pictures it seems like there’s a lot of them out there. In casinos at least…

It doesn't matter if they aren't Gasser brand. They have nearly identical design so should function accordingly. Try and get the best price you can, but I would still consider $40 each a pretty good deal for quality.

When I first saw this I thought they were the same chairs I have. However, they are not. Mine are Gasser. Regrettably, they do not stack.
