Also not sure how much I like the storyline of Bronn being paid to kill Tyrion / Jaimie. Based on what we've seen from his character arch him actually going through with it would be very surprising to me plus they already paid him so why wouldn't he just peace out?

I really liked her at first, but now I can’t wait for the tv version of her to die at the end. Before this season I thought her and Jon might end up having 3 eyed babies, but I think they are setting it up for Jon to slay her with his sword. I mean he’s definitely going to do that all through the series, but he might finally use Longclaw in the final episode.

first episode on S8 was ok for a quick recap so you don't have to rush trough the previous 7 seasons.
The only thing that I had forgotten was why Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane is so f**ked up, I thought he was stone cursed up to the end when we see Jorah Mormont, who was the cursed. The I remembered the duel and the poisoned blade.

Will the Hound kill the Mountain ???

Cringeworthy moment - Aarya and Gendry scene - always seen her as a 14 year old - just felt off.

Bran had to repeat he's the 3 eyed raven. (facepalm emoji)

Good episode overall, can really feel the build up. Going to get messy from next episode. cant wait.

Yeah I found the whole arya and gendry scene weird. She's still a child in my mind.

Overall I loved the episode again. The Theon, Brienne and Jorah scenes were all great and they definitely set the mood and built up the suspense for the battle.

The next episode is going to be epic
