Does anyone know how to get the full 1 1/16 spot for the A mold on the CPC design tool? It is 7/8 by default and cuts off my image if I enlarge.

you mean the inlay?
Bottom left hand side has the menu for inlay size and shape.

Nice start! Nice job picking base and spot colors that compliment the inlay design.
Your text is much too close to the edge to be able to print. Make sure to use the guidelines and templates CPC provides here:

...halfway down the page under "artwork" to make sure you have left sufficient room when the inlays are cut out before placing on the chip so you don't lose anything.

Thanks! This is just a concept .jpg in photoshop. I have a vector graphics guy who will tidy things up and make it printable. I will let him know.
