When I have ideas that I REALLY like they usually end in disappointment...

Looking for 2 MINT barrels each of SOLID Metallic Gold THC & SOLID Metallic Silver THC.

I've heard of Metallic Gold in the wild but my question is does Metallic Silver even exist in THC form?

Any info about these chips is EXTREMELY welcome...even better if you can part with some.

I’ve been on the hunt for Met silver solids almost since I found this forum. There’s one solid tourney set out there that has a very limited number of Met silver T5k chips, but I’d feel gross inside if I even thought about pooling those for my own purposes.

There was a casino in Canada that had RHC Met silver fracs, but I wasn’t able to procure any. I was lucky enough to have a local member ask for some when he was there, and he came up totally empty handed. Iirc, they didn’t even have any valid use for them based on the current table games, so at best they would have been used as tips.

BUT, if you unearth the magic stash, just remember who gave you the scoop!!

The Fitzerald quarters are metallic gold and out there, but far from mint. I have a rack that is in pretty good shape edge wise, but look quite oxidized. I think most out there are similar.

Great minds think alike! I only need a rack. Think of all the people I’d have beating down my doors if I had a mint rack of every Paulson color!!!

Got it. I have had met gold solids, and regret selling them.

They were really unusual—they’d taken on a sort of uneven tarnished look, which some might not care for, but to me gave them a cool Wild West feel.

Wish I’d kept them for seating chips or souvenirs or something.

The pitting on the rolling edges was the weird part. Not sure if that is common as well.
