I'm getting more comfortable with the new kamado, here's a boneless ribeye from last night.

No pics from tonight but it looked similar to Mark's plate: grilled burgers and dogs, cole slaw, baked beans, mac & cheese, and peach cobbler for dessert. The only side not fully homemade by Mrs. S was the baked beans, and she doctored them enough that they were practically homemade anyway.
 
Grilled salmon with Weber’s Chicago Steak seasoning, broccoli and carrots steamed with fresh rosemary and some garlic Parmesan couscous with a TBD Pinot Noir.
 
First course tonight: roast herb pie, very minimal.

Main course: Veal cooked in red tomato sauce with onion, garlic, red peppers (not too hot), and a little of cinnamon and /or nutmeg. Rice as an accompaniment. Plus the inevitable feta cheese.

Soft-ish graviera from Epirus and a harder one from Crete, to go with pure Xinomavro (Blacksour) varietal wine from the Western Macedonia region of Greece.
