Significant errors in quantities. This was the first time their proofs didn't have the quantity attached as a matter of fact. Confirmed that the spreadhseets I sent them had correct info. The delivered numbers are all off higher or lower. I am sorting through it all today to give them an exact count of discrepancies. Will send message to the printer and figure out the resolution and then update everyone ASAP.

You should have seen the first round or 2 when the the cards matte finish was de-laminating. EVERYONES order.... fun !

haha, ugh . So for the Poker sized cut cards they shifted the rows for everyone's quantities so that they produced the quantity for the previous line item order. So pretty much all of the poker sized cut cards are wrong (half more and half less). But even then there are some bridge and poker sized cards that are oddly just 1, 2 or 3 cards short on top of that. I am going to triple count everything and then send a reconciliation spreadsheet over today.

I reconciled all of the orders and have a message out the printer. I am going to hold off on shipping any of the orders that are short cards to avoid double shipments. However some people were not effected or got lucky and got extras. I will start working on those tomorrow.

Once I get all of Round 11 out the door I will post Round 12. FYI I am pretty sure Round 12 will be my last, so get your orders in. Because of that I may leave the order window open for a bit to allow everyone to get there designs in.
