Is anyone doing a New China Club cut card? With the huge group buy I bet there would be plenty of takers.
They were done in one of the previous GBs.
Do you just want a couple for your set?
Some could be made and kept on hand for people like with the JACK cards.

At this point I have sent out payment PMs for all US orders. I just need to look more closely at shipping for the international orders (I am keeping track this time so I have easy reference for future GBs). Also, I will immediately send out payment info for remaining orders as I receive them.

Update: I have sent out payment info for all orders. I am just waiting on some artwork fixes that I sent back to a couple people. I am following up with a couple outstanding payments. We should get this over to the printer in a couple days.

Next steps: the printer will go through the order and let me know if there are any issues and if not they will prepare the proofs. I will then PM each of you with your proofs for your approval. After that they go to print.
Note: Typically they don't include any extras at all. They print the exact number ordered. Last time they gave us an extreme quantity of extras because there was a communication snafu on their end. I don't want people to get bummed if we get no extras, like usual. But I was overly thankfully and buttered them up

Update: I hadn't received a response from my contact so I just googled her name and see that she left the company right around the time of our last order. So it looks like she was leaving right in the process of our last order, which I now realize why someone else took over (I thought she went on vacation) and there was a communications snafu. Anyway, I reached out to their general contact but this may take a little while longer to reestablish what we are ordering.

Actually they are very responsive. Apparently they had responded to my first order email but it went to spam. And then she called me immediately after I emailed earlier but I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.
EDIT: NVMD Problem solved. Should have proofs in two days.

Quick update: Sending proofs now
FWIW there were a lot of various small issues with the artwork. I go through everything and try to catch it before I submit it. I fixed a lot but apparently missed a lot as well. They came back and basically said almost every piece has issues and either I could go back and fix it all or we could pay for a minimum of half a day of design time for them to fix it. I missed some things but also I think there was some things that they would accept in the past but cumulatively it was just too much this time. It’s all fixed now so no worries. But I think I am going to address this for Round 12 by creating AI, PSD, PDF, and PNG templates and making those available.
Partly for my own record so that I can remind people in Round 12, the issues were mostly;

- Not turning off guidelines
- Not setting the correct size for the art board in AI files and limiting it to the artwork itself
- Not cropping to the artwork in PDF files
- Improper size and dimensions of PDF files. These were all over the place
- Lots of thin and narrow borders that don’t respect the bleed
- Artwork not respecting the bleeds in general
- Not converting text to lines/shapes in AI files
