Dear friends, I am planning to place an order for CPC in the near future.
It’s not that I’m worried about the upcoming price increase, but rather tired of waiting for better times and planning for it a million times.
Even though this iteration was number 34  :ROFLMAO: , overall I know what I want to get, but I have a few problems with the $100 and $1000 chips.
I can live with it, but I think I can improve them.
Here I should probably add that I want this particular “yellow” for the 1K chip, since the others seem too poor to me..

And I need your comments. I will be glad to any advice.
This is planned to be a universal set with hot stamping, which I will do later myself. Something on the theme of ancient Rome or the wild West....
For a maximum of 10 people.
I don't think I'll ever get more than 10 players...
with the following breakdown:
0.25 - 100
1-200
5-200
25- 150 (This chip will be stamped in different colors so that some of the chips do not mix with tournaments and chips. I'm planning to buy a hot stamping machine and have already received a machine for gently removing old hot stamps...)
100-120
500- 50
1K-75
5K-35
25K-???

1st thing is the only thing that really matters is what you like so take everything I say or anyone else with that in mind.

In general I like the idea of edge spots/Inserts going to from simple to complex as you go up in denominations. There is no rule on this, but this is common among real casino chips, and helps keep the costs down on the lower denom chips (& you'll need more of these so it helps even more) With that in mind, I would re-think your 25c, $1 & $5.

Most people would say don't have common chips that you use for both cash and tourney so you might want to think about that for the 25. It may or may not be a big deal depending on how well you know your players.

I'm not a fan of having your gray T5000 & white T25,000? Have the same insert pattern.

Personal opinion aside, if it makes you happy, keep it. Something inspired you to design it as such. I don't think my opinion should sway you from your taste and whatever inspired you to make it. I've gone through my future set daily, too since I've joined and I'm not close to finish. Maybe 50%. lol That struggle is real. I still need to make frac designs for a micro cash set. (I'm no high buy in baller like some members here.) Tourney set is almost done hence the 50%. lol My tourney set has been inspired by so many other's designs here and I just made a few base changes to the set but also some personal taste sprinkled in like my 1k chip in my profile photo. That's inspired by my home country flag, the Philippines. Some are also very basic like the 5k flag and 25k cranberry but I love them so I'm keeping them for my home set! Personally, if I played with your chips at your home game, I would be stoked with lots of "Ooohs" and "Aaaahs" as I touch and play with these chips.

I added 25K chip at the last minute and I've played very rarely in tournaments and I'm still not sure I need it. But I would like to have a tournament set...
Now I look at it and realize that it looks strange...

Please elaborate… Pictures especially!
I'm still working on it, but essentially it's a lathe....
But the process is a little slow... I need to create a tool to center the chip. And time that I don't have right now.

You should have seen my wife's face when I brought this home... :ROFLMAO:

Very encouraging. this is much more accurate than milling and saves much more clay. There is still a lot of work ahead.

Dude…………

Another moment custom chipping just changed, again

I consider the last chip a failure because I did not prepare it, made a mistake in the calculations and removed more clay than planned. But this was the very first attempt.
