Down to three-handed, I have 115K in 2nd, chip leader with 137K, shortstack at 68K

should be headsup, had KK against the shortstacks Ace-rag but they spiked an Ace on the flop (all-in pre) to double through me.

picked up QQ in the BB after short-stack limps the SB, I raise, they limp-shove and I make the obvious call, they've got Aces, lol. We're both tied around 80-90k

We all agree at that point to change payouts from:

200 / 135 / 105

to 160 / 140 / 140

plus we keep our own $10 bounties. Of course now I'm chip leader with 160K lol

So they were down to 6K and came back to over 100k at one point, it was so sick, couldn't get rid of them. Fortunately they overvalue Ace-garbage headsup and I was able to take the crown on this one.

Paid $30, won $160 + 4 bounties + my bounty = $210 - $30 for a nice $180 profit for the evening.

Was looking at the tourney list on Pokerstars and this 32 player event took over 7 hours to finish! Wowza, what a long night. That Ekay player kept hitting rivers on me throughout where I was ahead on the flop and turn but they'd just get there everytime.

Hell, the money bubble took forever to conclude, the short stacks wouldn't die either. I'd pickup AJ or 88 and try to send them packing and each time they'd wake up with KK or AA (although their surviving did allow me to push around the medium stacks a bit so I could keep chipped up)
