Yeah, ABC is the way to go in these games: bigger bet sizing, value value value, and very selective c-betting.

There's not enough stack depth to do anything else, so it can get really boring when you're card dead.

Very true, but with it not being time raked, you can nit it up big time and just print in very favourable all-in spots. If the seats keep filling up when people bust, you stay. If they aren't, you leave. It's basically my blueprint for any 1/2 NL game. I especially target time wise when new tables open on a Friday / Saturday night when the evening dealer crew starts.
