Picked up a little T5 tourney set. Can’t really beat it for the price. First impressions are that you can definitely feel the weight of these chips at 13g. That being said, they stack like actual bricks and have nice square edges so overall pretty happy with this purchase.

Has anybody already repurposed these as another chip, perhaps a frac in another set? I'm desperate to find a way to make use of them. They're too pretty to just sit in a box.

Nice. I noticed that it would be impossible to just plug them into one of my sets. It's a rabbit hole waiting to happen and I'm not really prepared for that.

I was thinking that as well. Use them as a alternate/secondary frac for Jack Detroit. I have the originals and the OG fracs had the edge.

Your labels all look decent, or did you put nice ones on top of each barrel?

I ordered one of each primary chip (except the $1K which was sold out), and half of them had damage on the labels.

@horseshoez What do the Jumers secondary snappers look like next to your Agua Caliente singles? That blue base seems like it is perfect next to the pink, except there is a yellow spot.

I will say, you either got a much better batch of $5s than I did, or you cherry picked the chips on the tops of those stacks. I went through my first box last night, and only 16 of 100 chips had no damage to the labels on either side. Still cool chips, but man, the patrons of that casino apparently enjoying putting out their cigarettes on the faces of the $5 chips...

Picturing him right now....wears depends, had fingernails that are as yellow as his lungs, and a hat with crocodile/alligator teeth..... we know the guy I'm talking about.....as he sits all you hear is the squish of plastic fabric on his chair seat and the dealer calls then by name and asks if they went home last night?....

Wow! I'm so paranoid about that happening that I always tape the corners (inside and out) of a MFRB (and I would with LFRBs too, but I haven't had to ship anything in one yet).

Doubling the box works great too. Adds more crush strength.

I recently shipped some chips…the “is there anything fragile” question came up. I said yes, but does it add cost? Postlady said no it just lets us know we need to handle it carefully.

She took my package…and literally flip tossed it into an empty bin. Then she turned to look at me…and smirked. Maybe it’s just my post office, but almost every person there acts like a huge asshole…no matter how polite I am.
