Just vitamins, Fish Oil, Seaweed, Fat Burners, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Carnitine :D

As anyone who was at DCS a couple of years ago can attest, you're an amateur. My supplement regimen involved 7 little baggies filled with pills taken with and between meals all day, plus the fish oil taken by the spoonfull, not those little capsules. I think little numbered baggies are still turning up in courage's basement 2 years later.

I was on a pretty big regimen under the care of a naturopath for some life long issues. I don't really think it's the way a normal healthy person needs to supplement.

As for Fish Oil/Cod Liver Oil, I am a BIG fan of Nordic Naturals. This is my oil of choice:

The extra vitimin D might be overkill in GA, for for those of us in the north, it's pretty awesome to get some good quality D since we don't have the sunlight.
