I'm planning on purchasing a chip set for home cash game.
Our most common games are $.05/.10 (normally use $5 chip as $.05) My budget is around $200, and I'm looking at either CC or Ceramics.

I'm debating between 500pcs set of CC and 300pcs of Tiki Kings since they are around the same price range including the shipping.
I love Tiki Kings design and planning on adding it to my collection one way or another.
I'm just not sure if 300pcs are gonna be enough for the game, since we play deep stack and buy in multiple times over night.

Breakdown
300 pcs ($.05/.10)
$5 x 125
$25 x 100
$100 x 50
$500 x 25

500 pcs ($.05/.10, $.10/.25)
$5 x 125
$25 x 150
$100 x 100
$500 x 100
$1000 x 25

300 pcs ($.05/.10)
$5 x 100
$25 x 125
$100 x 50
$500 x 25
total bank: $316.25... if you run out of chips... use twenty dollar bills cash, on the table for people's rebuys. Cash stays on the table and the big stacks can make change.

If you run microstakes now, that doesn't mean your game won't grow in the future.

You can continue to use $5's as your nickels. Hell, I do that when I play microstakes on some of my sets. If your game ever grows to a point where a quarter is the lowest blind that you use, you can go back to using the $5's as face value. Easy peasy.

I find that a 600 chip set for a cash game is plenty for a full single table of up to 10 players.

200 x 0.25
200 x $1
200 x $5 (used as nickels when needed for microstakes)

Personally, I'd go with ceramics over china clays if you can stretch your budget a bit more. Save up and go with semi custom chips from @BR Pro Poker over China Clays. They're 0.70 cents each on a 600 chip order. For 14 cents more per chip you can even go full custom. At least double your budget, yes, but they'll last literally a lifetime and are well worth the investment.

If you're hard set on your budget, I quite like the Poker Knights and Monte Carlo china plastics in terms of design that stand out well relative to dice chips.

Ceramics are worth the extra, even if it limits your quantity.

Also you can probably get the tiki kings semi custom @ABC Gifts and Awards / @BR Pro Poker so you can get correct denoms.

For 6 max 300 chips get 75/125/100 of 0.05/0.25/1 for a bank of 135

6 stacks of 10/18/5
1 stack of 15/17/5

Let fives play on the table as cash if needed.

Hope this helps.
