Interesting approach, often new members post an Intro post, nevertheless, Welcome!

Maybe tell us more about your game, the stakes, and what you play.

Also and this a bit more common, tell us how many chips of a denom you're looking for, and if you have any preferred colors.

Here, let me fix your post for other readers

Good Morning

2000 chips @ .50 - 75 cents per chip leaves you many domestic commercial options. Domestic ceramics will run slightly higher but can be made completely custom for approx .80-.90 cents per chip. I am not sure if Chinese ceramics are being tarriffed there, but they were approx .35-.50 cents per chip custom. The domestic chips are higher quality and support your economy...

Since your on a poker chip hobbyist site I would say…

Middle end (reverse hat and cane rhc) is north of $2/chip

High end (top hat cane/trk) is north of $4/chip

Entry level would be plastics, Tina chips and ceramics. Nothing wrong with them at all and some can look and feel fantastic! But middle to high end would be clay imho.

100 x 200
500 x 40
1000 x 40

So 2000 chips with that budget will be more of a value chip or entry chip. Tina chips or stock majestic chips are what you're budget will afford. Broken Arrow, a site vendor, can help you with the Tina chips. I think both of these options are going to be around .55 per chip plus tax and shipping, and I think they only come in 25 chip increments. You might even have tariffs on Tina chips

BRPro ceramics will run about .80 per chip for newer designs and I think around 1.10 for custom prints. Another option in this price range is the Majestic chips with custom labels.

I have Milanos I’d be willing to sell pretty cheap. I can get you most of what you need in one shot. What I don’t have, Milanos are back to being purchasable (they were sold out for a while) from tons of places. I’d prefer to sell them all together (cash and tournament sets), but if you don’t want the higher denominations, not a huge deal.

Here’s the total of what I have in Milanos and a couple pics.

200 x 1s
600 x 5s
300 x 25s
200 x 50s (which we used as .50 when I wanted to go lower stakes, as I hated the Milano fracs)
400 x 100s
200 x 500s
200 x 1,000s
100 x 5,000
100 x 10,000

I’d say good as new, but they’re better, as they’ve been thoroughly cleaned and oiled recently and they have a reputation for coming absolutely covered in a chalky substance which makes some of them appear off color and dull. But, all 2,300 chips got hand washed and oiled within the past six weeks and have been felted exactly once since. They retail for between .50 and .64 each. If you’re interested, I’ll sell them for .35/chip shipped. If you want more pics, let me know.

Thank you. I don’t know if I want to use Milanos but if I do I will for sure reach out to you

This guy has been here 10 mins, got 'lucky' on a few chips and is now going to go broke in soon.

It might be the best worst deal he's ever found. Welcome and I'm sorry...

I’m confused. Is this directed at me?
