Anyone seen one of these? (1 Viewer)

Hi @Preditor,
Are you referring to the first video in update #2? We had other people commenting on it and suggesting to put a dampener - we prototyped it in TPU (a kind of rubber) and it does a good job, so we will implement something similar in the production model.
You can check this video in update #3 published today where it is implemented (at about 4:00, when emptying the machine).
Let me know your thoughts.

Ah yes! The new video dampens these concerns. Great job. Thanks for the update!

Hi François!

Quick question... I think it was briefly discussed before, but will there be a "Lite" version in the future? A version where it just/only shuffles the deck?

Love this shuffler - but would love a cheaper version of it without all the bells and whistles, as I would not use them. Anyone else agree?

Agree, Lite version would be great. Need an alternative to the other shufflers out there but time is important in the game and its very slow at dealing out the cards.

Hi Gentlemen,
Thanks for your interest, I have actually been thinking about it.
It is a tricky one because the complexity of the machine is mostly in the loading and shuffling, not the dealing.
So the "bells and whistles" are in fact not a major part of the cost - dealing features are software-based essentially.
Still, I might look into a pared-down version, maybe with different materials - to be continued.
Regarding the pace of the game (if I understand @wayneomac's point correctly) I would say that LeShuffler actually speeds up your poker games.
Because continuous shufflers don't need all the cards to be reloaded and do the dealing and the shuffling at the same time, turnaround for a typical game of Hold'Em is about 10-15 seconds. You can check it on the video in update #3 here:

Hi François...

Thanks for responding!

If it helps any - I ask about a pared down version for two reasons, I guess. One is simply my game consists of a permanent Dealer (me) and I actually prefer to deal the cards myself. But the biggest reason is space. I do NOT have the space to put a shuffle machine on my poker table. With 9-10 players, there just isn't. The plan (as I don't currently have a shuffle machine) would be to simply place LeShuffler on a side table next to me and use at the completion of each hand. Therefore, the extra feature(s) such as dealing cards, would not be needed.

Well - that's my situation, if it helps any. Anyone else have the same thought-process as me?

Regardless, thanks for considering!
Gavin

Agreed only shuffling needed. I want a machine that’s not cheap $40 but not $700. How about one that shuffles one deck in about a minute, while you’re dealing out the current hand. Nothing more, nothing less!!!!!!! That cost about $300ish made with solid great materials !
