I'm assuming they are cheap chips, with the musical notes and that.

However they are sorted into racks, and the curvature and wear on the chips, makes them look clay like.

Just curious.

yes, I think these are european roulette chips. No idea about value.
Size it's usually 39-40mm. I really don't know the weight, for sure lighter than corrispondent cash chips (14g). 11g can be correct.
