Was watching Mariano on YT and saw these $500s from Morongo casino. Are they the GPI elite chips or whatever they’re called? Pretty cool looking, I think? Maybe? Hard to tell!

I was watching that video yesterday as well, thought he was going to walk out with a good haul, but left with like $5 lol

The $1k chip is actually pretty insane, I got one last time I was there.

Paulson chips with "decor ring". New ish offering from a couple of years back. You can find examples if you search the forum.

Here's the only one i own

Barely noticable hat and cane in there.

I've got 1 too. Had the option to pick up a mint rack @ face value but didn't. I make poor decisions sometimes...

In my experience, the decor ring chips look cool but are super light and don't seem like they'd play very well.

I'm not sure about play characteristics, but I would expect them to be lighter as they are replacing clay with a thin plastic ring.

Super light? Still heavier than most CPC chips.

Most CPC are in the 8.5g range with the weighted colours. I think 0.5g less if you use DayGlo bases.

Ok, so as light as CPC mostly using their lighter colors? Sure.
