Recently purchased the small stake isle tourney set and not sure what the proper structure for a STT with rebuys and add ons would be. Chips are as follows

200x .50
200x 1
120x 5
60x 25
20x 100

Ten players using starting stacks of 20/20/9/1 for 100 in chips or 20/20/9/5 for 200 (deeper stack) in chips, T25s and T100s for rebuys and add ons.

.50/1.00
.50/1.50
1.00/2.00
1.50/3.00
Color up T.50 chips with T5 chips
2.00/4.00
3.00/6.00
4.00/8.00
5.00/10.00
6.00/12.00
8.00/16.00
10.00/20.00
12.00/24.00
Color up T1 chips with T25 chips
15.00/30.00
20.00/40.00
25.00/50.00

That's a good structure. If you need to speed up the game you could remove 4/8, replace 6/12 and 8/16 with 7/14, and remove 12/24, and still have smooth blind increases.

For length I’m thinking 2.5 hours. Not really sure how to adjust based on preferred run time. I’m not a big tourney guy. Normally 1/2 cash is my game

Anyone got suggestions for when to end rebuy period and what add on amount should be and price considering 100 buck original buy in

As a rule of thumb, your tournament will end when there are 20 big blinds in play. 10 players x 200 = 2000, so the game will end when the blinds are at 50/100. Work backwards to make sure blind increases are smooth (avoid 2x jumps), and adjust level length appropriately. Remember to figure in for breaks.

I usually end rebuys at the first break, but definitely before a starting stack will be 40BB or less, as this leaves very little playability, and quickly becomes a shove fest. I will usually offer a half stack add-on for half the buy-in.
