I just did a test fit and I will say 16 easily fit in the flat rate bubble mailer (maybe even squeeze a few more in), 6 in a small flat rate box. There is the super safe way of two small flat rate boxes in a bubble mailer which is 12.

I just received my Cartamundi shipment from Josh. His "trick" (if you want to call it that) for insuring the shipping in a bubble mailer, was to 1st place them in one of those "Tyvek" envelopes 1st. Then put that in the bubble mailer. Seems like a good idea if you're looking at the bubble mailer route for 16 decks.

This sounds like a great idea. Keep in mind, Josh's sale was bridge size and these are poker size. Will that make a difference? I'm not specifically familiar with the "Tyvek" envelopes.

And @Forty4 don't forget to add any shipping material costs to whatever you charge us. If this is the route you take, my order stands at 16 decks.

Bridge size will make a difference only in that you aren't likely to fit 18 in a mailer. But, 16 sounds right for poker size.

"Tyvek" is Dupont's trade name for the material. It's that white or grey sheeting you see the outer walls of new home construction wrapped with just before they apply the finish siding as a vapor barrier.

It's like a fibrous paper that's impossible to tear. If you've ever gotten a Priority Mail envelope that you could not tear open, that's the stuff.

They're right along with all the other Priority Mail supplies at the PO.

Ditto my order also standing at 16. No takers from the feelers I put out.

Shipping costs should be free via USPS

Also think that four bricks will fit in a MFRB it’ll be tight but should work. For those that want to maximize order to minimize cost per deck.

For 8 decks, I figure it will work out to close to $14 Cdn per deck once exchange, shipping via SFRB, and brokerage is accounted for. Given the number of cards I already have, I can't justify getting 8 decks just to have 2 for my own use. I need to check with some of our hosts to see if they are interested, and would need to know when the order period ends, assuming it's an option at all.

I'd be interested in a few decks even at $14 CAD, just for the sake of trying them. I'd get more if were closer to $10

Yes and no. I'm not going to adjust the order as I just got the quote from Matsui. But I'll have some extras to meet even bricks but maybe not the quantity in the colors you want as I had someone reach out before you and I'd like to keep a few for myself.

@jazzV3 - What I'm buying is mostly going to end up as stock for our Legion Post's tournaments. So what ever you can't get from others they're willing to part with let me know & I can likely fill in any gaps you end up at.

I think I have regrets about saying no since I gave some of my other cards sets away to my friends.
If anyone has 2-3 decks to spare I'll take them.
I'll take Green, Brown, or Orange but would prefer different colors.
