First four items that come to mind:

• 60mm dealer buttons (could be discount price on 10, or smaller minimum order)

• Custom rounded-corner plaques (various sizes)

Another thought might be offering semi-custom changes (name, denom, color) to stock chip lines for free or at a discount.
