I may have to get 2 of the bigger racks once they are ready. This way I have one in the ultrasonic while I am loading the next one. Hoping the cleaning results are positive as I would love to ditch the salad spinner.

Yes. Do you want it to stack with indents and gravity or do you want it to lock together? Both possible

Gravity I think is fine. I want to use them to dry chips after oiling.

I think I misunderstood I thought you meant stack on top of each other like legos. You probably mean stack like solo cups to save space. I may tinker with a design like in the far future. For now tho they cannot stack like solo cups

Gotcha. They stack very nicely as is, no modifications needed assuming your not in a moving vehicle.
