Looking for help with the structure for a NLHE tournament.

Details:
-12-16 players typically (could go as high as 20)

-4.5 hours of playing time (not including breaks)

-T15k starting chips. T5k rebuy/add-on. Most people will use the R/A option.

-1 rebuy or add-on per player at any time before Rd 3.

-20 minute levels

Any suggestions to improve the following structure?

I have a preference for the following structure when using aggressive blinds, because it keeps all of the jumps in a narrow and consistent 50%-67% range (59% average increase):

T15K stacks (300bb), 20 players, 20-minute levels

The 100/200 L4 in your structure is only a 33% increase, while the rest are 50%-67% (plus the 100% jump at L2). Both structures will typically end no later than L13.

I'd probably extend the re-buy period through L4 (where T5000 is still 20bb), and do the add-on during the T25 color-up break.
