Thoughts on incorporating $10 chips. I have a small 300 chips set of ncv I use as 0.25, 1,5,25,and a barrel of 100s. Some of the other denominations are harder to find...
seems like only about half of the people really like them.

Great for 50c/$1 or 1/2 limit games, where all chips are 50c with a high-denom $10 chip (a barrel of 50c chips = $10). Also make decent re-labeled T500, T2000, T10000, or T25000 tournament chips. Otherwise, there are better choices on how to spend your chip budget.Thoughts on incorporating $10 chips.
Exactly this! Nothing wrong with a $10 chip if the $25s never or rarely sees the felt. Since they're NCV chips I say try it out, if it doesn't work switch it back (though this may be a bit confusing the first few times).

does this exist in the world of chippers?unnecessary chips on the table
Beautiful!does this exist in the world of chippers?
Nothing wrong with a $10 chip... works fine if the large chip in a cash set / substitute for $20s
Mostly depends how your game plays
I don't necessarily seek them out (prefer $.25, $1, $5, $20 for my cash sets), but if I find a set with them or a $10 chip that is really cool, I'd want to use it.
Wouldn't you want to get these in play if you had them?

They're perfect for 20/40 and 30/60 limit games!
For you guys who complain about multiple denominations, how do you handle tournaments when there is always tons of different denominations?
