If only greed didn't exist. If you had an opportunity to make 150k in 2 weeks would you really sell at cost instead to be a "good guy"? Sellers don't set the market. Buyers do. Stop buying chips for absurd prices and people will stop selling them for small fortunes.

My point was that money up front or during is not the issue, the work and connections are. The money after is a different story.

I think that is where the 1000$ offer comes in. The OP is saying:
"I am offering 1000$ because I don't have the connections yet I want to be part of the group and don't know how else to contribute..."


What if the OP had said:
"I will give 200,000$ to be in on the next group buy, because money means little to me and I want nice minty Paulson chips and I want some say on edgespots (or whatever)and have time to contribute to helping in any way possible."


Would it be about the money up front THEN? Because the 'work and connections' exist and are happening ANYWAY......

Well, they DO expire at some point.......so you better turn them back in before they do.....
And you wouldn't be able to pick design or edgespots. I'm just making the point that it all comes down to money, just a matter of HOW MUCH MONEY!

Step 3: Unbekownst to other buyers, distribute chips at cost.
