Hmmm I actually love that lineup. I was so set on the cali colours too
I was going to use the white hundo until I saw the mold was the same as the 25.

The pink frac works too but I prefer the blue

My game plays small so it's mainly gonna be fracs and 1s with the occasional 5 so I want them to be the nutz. The larger denoms will likely never see the felt but are nice to have so the 25 instead of 20 is no big deal.

Upon request, we are going to switch the mold in the Cali set, switching the $20/25 mold with the $100, to allow for better mixing and matching across sets. We had considered this previously, but didn’t go with it because we like the individual chips better, the way we originally proposed them.

But to allow for added flexibility, we will make that change. I will update the mocks tonight.

I’m in the same boat. Table will be mostly full of fracs and 1s. I want to go with the yellow 1s, and the blue fracs would contrast better. But man those pinks look so good. Do you think the pink and yellow would be too much brightness on the table?

Hi Mel just curious what you think these chips will cost, say we get a good amount of interest

We're hoping for a similar to the last group buy where we were at dollar fifty per chip

I think if we get to 10k chips in the order, the 2-color chips will be in the ballpark of $1.46/chip.

If we get to 20k chips, it drops to about $1.38/chip (as the fixes costs get spread thinner).

Add $0.06/chip to thise prices for the 3-color chips ($20/$25/$100).

Won’t know final costs until we submit final numbers. But these estimates are close.

Do you think the 1’s Andy 25’s will clash as there’s a lot of yellow
Maybe a little but I love the yellow and for my game the chances of the 25s hitting the felt will be pretty small.

Across the Horseshoe GB there were over 28k chips ordered so the 7x$300 for the 7 denoms was spread over a lot of chips (and Matsui gave a $150 discount on the art fee total).

Given the interest, it's highly likely we will hit 10k chips. $1.55/chip for me is conservative estimate of pricing (including everything other than reshipment from the PCF receiver to individuals). It can only go down from there.

IIRC, we need to hit 300 or 500 per chip design to avoid extra fees (unless we manage to sweet-talk Matsui) - for me that's probably the limiting factor, especially for the higher denoms. On the 2nd Horseshoe GB, we only just over 400 of the V1 25k so maybe it's 300 min.

Right now, I'm in for:
100x blue frac
200x yellow $1
200x red/yellow $5
80x green $25
20x white $100

Given my past record, these counts will only go up.

So who is potentially looking at ordering a set of these?

I'm currently looking at the Cali set for
100 x $0.25
200 x $1
400 x $5
40 x $20
40 x $25
20 x $100

Sorry if I missed it in here somewhere but can someone explain the inlay to me. Does it mean something or just a random design?
