Looks very similar to the odyssey cases I used to carry my vinyl records when I djed clubs in the early 2000s.

Except it didn't have 6 latches. It only had two latches in the front and two hinges in the back. The hinge would come apart only when the case was open.

Nope. 43mm racks definitely won't fit.

Nice-looking case, though, and small footprint for those wanting to transport only 1000 chips. I'm spoiled, having used the MM cases which can accomodate 43mm racks, and also have space for cards, plaques, and buttons.

I'm just going by the picture...but I'm pretty certain it won't hold the 43mm racks. (Besides the already confirmed smaller Matsui racks.)

And probably would only hold 800 chips if in Matsui racks, since they stack taller.

I got mine in. Great looking. VERY Sturdy. Compact.

Does NOT fit 43 mm racks.

The only design flaw is that it’s impossible to get your fingers in the full case to get the two bottom racks out.

I think the answer is a leather or canvas strap that goes under the racks and allows you to pull them up out of the case.
