I had one of these in my cart for awhile and saw it went on sale.

I have a Casino Royale set w/ 1,500 chips and 130 plaques. I currently have the chips split between a 600 and 1,000 Versa rack case. The plaques have just been living in the bags from Apache.

Looking at the dimensions and movable dividers, I figured there is a small chance they may ALL fit in the one case.

ALMOST, here is what wouldn’t fit:

The real problem is when you go to pick it up, the case itself starts to bow. The handle itself also looks quite flimsy.

Will be returning and keep brainstorming. Other option is finding a third case for the plaques, but not sure I want to keep track of three cases for one set. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Apache 5800 is the answer 🙂
Fair... the film nerd in me is trying to come up with creative cases for each set that could live within each film/tv universe. Becomes a talking piece for the fellow film folks I play with.

I found a really cool one that looks like it could have been pulled out of Teddy KGB's cage. The smaller 600 chip of the above case I posted is in the running for the Floating Dragon set. Loosely matches the case they hand 007. Waiting to see if I can eventually snag another set of 300 before I settle on the size of case I need.... Also have a set of plaques, dealer buttons and decks to factor in to that set.

For the CR set, I figured a high rolling casino wouldn't be putting chips in a Pelican-style case. Again, film nerd...

Up to you! But a black Pelican-style has a sturdy handle, padlock capable. Put some official looking labels on it and you'll be right as rain.

Like you said I just don't trust the flimsy handles and would rather not have to worry about it while I'm hauling lots of chips.

I'm certain 3800 fits 1600 chips in a no build setup. (No bottom foam, bottom foam moved to top.) 1500 in standard Justin Racks. 100 more can be oversized Apache/Matsui 43 mm racks (I dont have a 43mm Justin rack but it'd probably work too)

Your fullset wont make it but they probably will in a 4800.

I keep meaning to update post below with capacity info.

Thread 'HF Apache Price Tracking Links (2800, 3800, 4800, 5800, 9800)' https://www.pokerchipforum.com/thre...acking-links-2800-3800-4800-5800-9800.131736/

Case returned to Amazon. Ended up giving the film a watch for inspo and ordered a Zero Halliburton case with what seems like dimensions to fit it all. Will post an update! Depending how it mocks up, might look into one of those mycasebuilder.com inserts....
