Recently an account came up overdrawn and i saw that pokergo had “renewed” my subscription, for $99.99.
I’ve never had an annual pokergo subscription (I’d just pay for 3 months around the WSOP) and I’d definitely set my account to not auto-renew.
I just made a phone call and sent an email, so we’ll see how they respond. But I’m wondering if they’re stealing from lots of people or just me.

FWIW, they immediately replied, saying they’d issued a refund and that it would be credited to my account in 5-10 business days. Hopefully that happens.

I have had it happen too. Got the refund a few days later and the sub was still accessable for a year.

Hard to accept an innocent explanation when they know of this "widespread error" and choose to only issue a refund when customers complain.

Maybe all these years of poker have left me skeptical, but anything that looks like a profitable freeroll never sits right with me.
