If you have Thermomix I strongly recommend Green Bao with pulled duck. I do this almost each time I invite friends and it’s awesome, a bit similar to pulled pork, but sweeter :)

Butter chicken with garlic naan.

Marinade the chicken in the spices and herbs with some greek yogurt for 24 hours.

Then you make the the sauce. The sauce should be pureed until smooth. You can choose to strain but I usually bypass that step. Cook the chicken in a skillet and add to the sauce. I add both cashews and a little bit of heavy cream to the sauce. Delicous and for the price of going to get a portion of takeout, you have enough for 5-6 meals. Recipe below!

Mushroom pasta and charred baby broccoli with a balsamic and red wine reduction (thanks @poker(

I made the sauce for the pasta from the moisture that came out of the mushroom when I sauteed them with garlic and onions.

Colleen knocked out out of the park. Cauliflower over charred broccoli and rice with a sweet chili sauce.

This was not only delicious, but the textures made it fun to eat.

Has Colleen always been that good, or has her skillset increased because she's been eating your food?

I'm a firm believer that excellence breeds excellence.

She had always been that good. I have influenced her to step outside of her comfort zone.
Liz... not as good. Our first date she cooked us dinner. It was the last dinner I let her cook for the next 15 years.

But today I'd put her in a leftover battle against Bobby Flay, and have her as the favorite. She's just that good at making X+Y=delicious.
